These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 123jl platform and all services offered at 123jl.bio. By registering, accessing, or using any part of 123jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read carefully before creating your account.

3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 123jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 123jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should notify 123jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Account Currency
123jl accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated for specific promotional activities.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, 123jl is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and when triggered by risk assessment procedures.

123jl will process submitted verification documents within a reasonable timeframe, typically within one to three business days of receiving complete and legible documentation. Pending verification, withdrawal processing may be placed on hold.
4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the period specified by 123jl may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. Persistent failure to verify may result in account closure. 123jl will handle all returned balances in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory procedures.
123jl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be made available at 123jl's discretion from time to time.
5.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Pesos One Hundred (₱100.00), subject to the minimum transaction limits of the selected payment method. 123jl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 123jl account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes during business hours and longer during weekends and Philippine public holidays.
5.3 Deposit Restrictions
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 123jl does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not owned by the account holder will be returned, and the account may be flagged for review.
Withdrawal of real-money funds from your 123jl account is subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable unless specific wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Pesos Five Hundred (₱500.00). Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 Verification Requirement
Completed KYC identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. This is a non-negotiable requirement under 123jl's PAGCOR license conditions. Withdrawals submitted prior to completion of verification will remain pending until the verification process is concluded.
6.3 Processing Timeframes
Under normal operating conditions, withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank typically settle within one to three business hours during banking hours. 123jl will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals promptly but cannot guarantee processing times during periods of high volume, bank outages, or regulatory review.
6.4 Withdrawal to Same Payment Method
123jl requires that withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where technically feasible. This is an anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure. Where the original deposit method cannot receive the withdrawal, 123jl will request appropriate documentation before alternative withdrawal methods are approved.
123jl offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these general Terms as well as specific terms applicable to each individual offer.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse 123jl's promotional systems — including the use of multiple accounts to claim single-player offers, coordinated wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk exposure, or any form of bonus arbitrage — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any related bonuses and associated winnings.
7.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility
The 123jl new player welcome bonus is available only to newly registered players who have not previously held a 123jl account. The bonus is eligible only on the first qualifying deposit meeting the minimum stated threshold. Previous account holders who re-register are not eligible for new player promotions.

8.1 Game Outcomes

8.2 Bets Stand Policy

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 123jl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 123jl platform without prior written authorization from 123jl.
The 123jl name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 123jl. Use of these marks without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
The 123jl platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 123jl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
123jl does not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 123jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even where 123jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall 123jl's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 123jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
123jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination, any undisputed balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding liabilities to 123jl, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure will be processed within three business days of receipt of a verifiable request, provided there are no pending investigations or outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before pursuing formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to first raise any complaint directly with 123jl's customer support team at [email protected]. 123jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within ten (10) business days of receipt of a written complaint.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly with 123jl, players who are Philippine residents may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels for licensed online gaming operators.
123jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 123jl will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Where changes are deemed by 123jl to be material to the player relationship, additional notice may be provided via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the 123jl platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
